Lia, Isaac and I took a stroll to our neighborhood pond yesterday to feed the ducks and wait for Emily to come home on the bus. We were blessed to see this Momma duck with her two little ducklings. They are so sweet. We usually see these ducks with 7-10 ducklings so I wonder if this was just a small clutch for her or if the others didn't make it. Regardless, the baby birds and ducklings are some of my favorite parts of spring.
The other cool spring happening in our yard are these stargazer lillies we got and planted for Lia's birthday back in February. We waited a LONG time for them to open but aren't they gorgeous?!? Lia wants to plant like a dozen of them next year.
