Baking with Aunt Stacey

So yes, my children were not allowed to go to 'Nonna's Special Lunch' and had to miss out on the cow tounge... but the alternate activity was 'Baking with Aunt Stacey' and given that baking generally involves sugar, my kids were happy! Here are the girls eating their grilled cheeses and anxiously waiting to get started!

Here the girls are putting together an ice cream sandwich cake. Chris would get to have some for his birthday the next day. It was yummy!



Olivia, back from Nonna's Special Lunch, which she said was Awesome, is making on 'O' cookie.



Little Lia is busy playing with the cookie dough. And I think there was quite a bit of finger licking... well they were warned about salmonella but I think they decided it was worth the risk. :-)
