Summer Faith Adventure

I love Holy Heroes and was thrilled to purchase the DVD and activity guides for their Summer Faith Adventure. During Lent and Advent last year, Emily was in Catholic School and we never had enough time to do all the activities. Now that we homeschool, I plan to use these adventures for our "official" faith studies. We learn so much from the videos and love doing the crosswords and online quizzes as a family. This Summer's Faith Adventure has us learning all about the Kingdom of David. So how appropriate to have our David model the miter worn by the 'Master of the Palace' that we made for our craft. We tried to make sugar cookies shaped like keys but they swelled so much when we baked them that they didn't really look like much of anything... so I didn't take a picture.
