Lia always had cousins waiting to play with her. At first all they heard her say was "No, No, No..." but eventually they came up with a fun game. Her cousins would ask, "Are you ticklish?" while getting in a quick tickle... and then she would laugh and say, "No. I'm Lia Nelli!" I think Steph is playing that game with her here.
